After a deep cleaning, each record is slipped into a fresh anti-static archival sleeve. The original paper sleeves, if they are present are stored carefully inside the outer sleeve and the vinyl records are stored outside the outer sleeve on the backside to minimize ring wear.

Once the outer sleeve is clean and the inner sleeves are in their archival sleeves, then all contents including the AAGS certificate is slipped into a resealable "Blake" sleeve to ensure the highest protection.
